Gelio AI Partner Program Terms
Operational program terms for later legal review. This is not legal advice.
1. Program Overview
The Gelio AI Partner Program lets approved partners refer paying customers to Gelio AI and earn commission on eligible sales, subject to these terms.
2. Eligibility
Partners must provide accurate information and comply with all applicable laws. Gelio AI may decline any application at its discretion.
3. Application and Approval
New applications are reviewed manually and start as Pending. Acceptance is not automatic and is subject to Gelio AI approval.
4. Partner Responsibilities
Partners promote Gelio AI honestly, primarily via the Free AI Visibility Audit, and must not misrepresent Gelio AI, its pricing, or expected results.
5. Referral Tracking
Each approved partner receives a unique referral link (gelioai.com/ref/CODE). Clicks, leads and conversions are tracked using first-party methods.
6. Attribution
A referral is credited if the customer converts within the configured attribution window (default 30 days). Attribution persists through account creation and return visits where technically possible.
7. Eligible Sales
Commission applies to qualifying paid Gelio AI services as defined by Gelio AI. Taxes, refunds, chargebacks and discounts are excluded from the commissionable amount.
8. Commission Rates
Starter Partners earn 15% on eligible referred sales. Rates may be adjusted by Gelio AI with notice.
9. Starter and Pro Partner Levels
After 5 qualified sales clear the hold period, partners are upgraded to Pro Partner and earn 20% on eligible future sales. The 20% rate is not applied retroactively.
10. Commission Hold Period
Commissions are Pending during a hold period (default 30 days). Only after the hold clears and payment is confirmed do commissions become Approved.
11. Refunds and Chargebacks
If a referred transaction is refunded, charged back, fails, or is deemed fraudulent, the related commission is Reversed.
12. Payout Schedule
Approved commissions are paid on a regular schedule (default monthly) after admin review. Payouts require valid payout information.
13. Minimum Payout
A minimum payout threshold applies (default $50). Balances below the minimum roll forward to the next cycle.
14. Taxes
Partners are responsible for all taxes on commissions earned and for providing any required tax information.
15. Prohibited Activities
No spam, deceptive marketing, false or unsupported claims, guaranteed-results claims, impersonation of Gelio AI, misleading domains, fake or fraudulent leads/purchases, self-referral abuse, or unauthorized coupons.
16. Advertising and Brand Usage
Partners may use approved Gelio AI brand assets as provided. Bidding on protected brand terms may be restricted by program policy.
17. Affiliate / Sponsored Relationship Disclosure
Partners must clearly and conspicuously disclose their financial relationship with Gelio AI close to any endorsement or referral link, as required by applicable law.
18. Intellectual Property
Gelio AI retains all rights to its brand, content and materials. Partners receive a limited, revocable license to use provided assets for promotion.
19. Fraud
Suspected fraud may result in withheld or reversed commissions, suspension, or termination, where permitted by these terms.
20. Suspension
Gelio AI may suspend a partner for investigation or policy violations. Suspension stops new commission eligibility while historical data is retained.
21. Termination
Either party may end participation. Cancelled partners lose active program access; historical data is retained.
22. Outstanding Commissions
Handling of outstanding commissions upon suspension or termination is determined by these terms and any applicable fraud review.
23. Changes to Program
Gelio AI may update the program and these terms. Material changes may require renewed acceptance before continued participation.
